Kagool has grown rapidly since its founding in 2004. We are well established in the UK, India and the USA and are now expanding our operations in the EU, Middle East, and Malaysia.

STAFF TRAINING
From the start staff are encouraged to undertake a number of training courses to aid in their career at Kagool. Additional courses are always available as we want our staff to continually improve their skills and knowledge.

We hold a monthly company wide meeting where the CEO provides important business updates - new starters, company wins, world news and the impact this has on the company; further improving the team spirit.
PANDEMIC RESPONSE
All staff were encouraged to work from home during the pandemic. We ensured all teams across the globe had access to healthcare where required and all our offices adhered to social distancing guidelines.
FREE PARKING
The UK office is based in Coventry City Centre but we provide unlimited Car Parking spaces for our staff, just a short walk away from the office.
PET FRIENDLY
The UK office is regularly visited by Rosie and Sophie - the Kagool office dogs, who make themselves more than comfortable running around the office and causing mayhem.
