Rapid global growth is projected to continue into 2022.

We’ve grown rapidly in the past couple of years, and we’re projected to continue at the same rate in 2022, providing innovative and exciting employment opportunities in the tech industry both in the UK and globally. As well as opening new offices this month in India and the USA, we have global operations spreading across the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.

Innovative products

Kagool’s partnerships with Microsoft and SAP, and our unique data management products Velocity and Pulse, are fuelling the company’s growth, by supporting global clients modernise their ERP, Analytics and Integration landscapes through cloud and emerging technologies.

Velocity is Kagool’s industry-leading data migration solution, designed to simplify and accelerate the full end-to-end process of moving data from your source systems to Azure. Developed in partnership with Microsoft, Velocity provides the most efficient way to prepare and configure your data for unlimited analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) use cases.

Pulse was developed to simplify and fully automate the end-to-end SAP migration for large data volumes, so you can increase the speed of delivery while ensuring only complete and accurate data enters SAP. No matter how complex your landscape, Pulse will prepare, optimise, and migrate your data securely. With complete control, real-time visibility and metrics, your teams can monitor, track and report on every step of the process with confidence.

We’re constantly innovative and improving on all our offerings, and our two flagship products are no different. Our latest Velocity updates include adding SnowFlake as a target, and we’re always adding more sources, including support of Oracle, HANA DB and SuccessFactors. We’ve also recently made Pulse available on native Azure, making it easy to directly integrate it with your Azure datasets.

These two products have driven much of Kagool’s aggressive growth policy in the last few years. Dan Barlow, Group CEO of Kagool, said, “Our customers are seeing the value and agility that cloud technologies can bring to their global enterprises and are seeing Kagool as the right delivery partner to achieve business value quickly and effectively. The current overall growth strategy means our business continues to grow 100% year on year.”

He added, “Currently Kagool has global operations with an employee base of 600. The company has recently set up a development centre in Chicago, US and is expanding in Qatar next month. We have plans to also expand in South America and Europe. Kagool will explore acquisitions as well in future to expand business into new geographies. By the end of 2025, we are planning to increase our headcount to 2,000 and aim invest about £5 million.”

Employment opportunities

Kagool’s rapid global growth results in hi-tech career opportunities for people around the world.

The company has a unique approach to recruitment, based on giving people the opportunity to prove themselves regardless of their background.

This attitude has resulted in a diverse workforce, with 28 different nationalities represented. Sulieman Alramahi, Graduate Customer Success Engineer in Kagool’s UK office, said, “Regarding our workforce, it’s very diverse, and we’ve got amazing offices, where you can be yourself.”

Once in the team, employees at Kagool learn and grow at an incredible rate. Sudeep Vajrala, a Full Stack Practice Head in the India office, said, “I joined Kagool as a full stack developer and within a year I am now heading the full stack practice. This shows that kagool provides a great platform for career development where talent and hard work are recognised and well appreciated.”

Alastair McGuire, who joined as part of Kagool’s Graduate Programme and is now an Integration Developer, reflects this. He says, “It's quite an accelerated scheme, where you'll be doing a lot more than other graduate programmes. For example, what we do here in one year, other graduate programmes probably take three years to do.”

Anuradha Madishetty, Learning & Development Manager, explains how focused the company is on helping their employees in their careers. She says, “Kagool has a wonderful employee-centric work culture which helps us enhance our knowledge.”

Along with this comes a vital commitment to being an inclusive workplace for all. As well as strong ethnic diversity, the company is invested in empowering women in the tech industry. We believe in actively working to break the barriers that women across the globe face, especially in a male-dominated space.

Kagool’s plans for rapid expansion in the next year and beyond will result in more opportunities for people who want to work for a vibrant and fast-growing organisation.
